This is said to be the picture of a little Iraqi boy in an orphanage.
He drew a picture of his mother on the floor and slept on her arm.
Whether this is authentic or acted out is of no importance, the meaning is.
"O Allah! Forgive me and both my parents, and show love and compassion upon them as how they have nourished me when I was young."
